Shipping policy

Currently, we offer two shipping methods

  • Registered Air Mail
  • Mail and EMS (Express Mail Service)

The duration for processing the orders is 48 upon receiving the order. All the orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday. We make sure we ship your orders as soon as
possible.

EMS Delivery

If you select EMS delivery, we will give you a tracking number. This tracking number helps you track the order online. The delivery time for EMS delivery 10 days maximum excluding time to process the order. It will take 4 business days for your tracking number to activate. In case the tracking number remains inactive in 4 business days, we will ship the order again at no cost.

Registered Air Mail delivery

It takes maximum twenty-one days plus time for order processing. The Air Mail tracking number will be active only when you get your package or the delivery team attempts to deliver your order. It is offered by us to ensure you have received the order on time.

In case you didn’t get your order within 21 days, we will ship the order again for free.

Order Cancellation

If you are willing to cancel you order, you can do so. You can cancel it if your order has not been approved. To cancel the order, you must send us a message using the contact us form available on our website. While canceling the order, you need to state a reason for the cancellation. Get in touch with us through a call using the phone number given on the website.

In case your order is already approved/shipped, we will not be in a position to cancel the order.
